Cycle Oregon Weekender Transport

Hello.  My wife and I are flying into    EUG Friday morning July 22, with a boxed tandem, for the Cycle Oregon Weekender in Corvallis.  We are looking for a ride from the airport to the OSU campus.  We received the ride as a wedding present 5 years ago and are finally making it down to Oregon, from Alaska,  for the ride.  Thank you for any help.
