How to get notified if a user sends a request?

Hi Warmshower community,
I am offering bikers to setup a tent on the meadow in front of our house. We got 2 requests already, but never received a notification by Warmshowers, so we did miss them. Very sad, because we would have loved to host the cyclists.
I already tried to reach out to the WS team, but did not get a response from them either.
Is there any trick to get notified? My e-mail works.
