it would be great when riding, especially in a noisy place, to talk to my riding partner. I find systems for motorcycles, for about 350 $ or Euros. They look too big for bikes. Does something like this exist?

A husband/wife team I talked with recently on a ride used the Sena system and liked it. They helped me manage a group ride where the husband was at the end and the wife was up front with me. It was useful to find out that some folks had gotten flats from thorns are were stuck about 1/10th of a mile behind us. I have not used the system myself but have been considering getting one when we have a large group that needs to stay together.
