Hi everybody, two years ago I introduced my children, a daughter 8,5 years old and a boy who had just turned 7, to long distance cycling tours. We cycled for six days along the Weser river in Germany staying on campyites. In 2018 we followed the Elbe river and also spent several days in Saxony Switzerland, an area with incredible sandstone formations close to the Czech border. In 2019 we cycled 680km along the Baltic sea, from Slupsk/Poland to Klaipeda/Lithuania. Find out more on my blog
I hope the photos will give you an idea what to expect along this beautiful coastline. Next year we will propably cycle along North Sea Cycle Route (Denmark). Other recommendations welcome!
